Vision Statement
It is the goal of Brookville Alliance Church (BAC) to create a non-threatening environment in which youth ages 7th – 12th grade will be exposed to the gospel and invited to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and to engage in a growing, life-long relationship with Jesus Christ that inspires them to be fully devoted disciples of Christ.. It is our desire to prepare, equip, and release youth for a lifetime of engaging in the ministries of the local church and the worldwide goals of evangelization and discipleship.

Fundamental Characteristics
Acceptance
o Every youth is uniquely and intentionally created with purpose and on purpose.
o God deeply loves all youths. The church’s natural and appropriate response is to honor, value, and cherish youth
Authenticity
o Today’s youth are bombarded with fake.
o Brookville youth is a place of authenticity; a place where real kids can struggle with real issues; a judgment-free zone where individuals are inspired to be great by adult leaders who see that greatness as possible; a place where responsible and authentic adults will model authenticity and demonstrate appropriate sharing.
Availability
o Consistency is critical!
o Every individual deserves a caring adult who will never give up on them, who will help them see their potential, and who will inspire them to never accept givingless than their best and to never accept beingless than their best.
o Life change happens best in a small, safe, and supportive environment
Core Values
Fun
o When a student walks into our youth group, we want them to enjoy themselves, to smile, to have a good time and to feel comfortable. We try to accomplish that through crazy games, hilarious videos and some awesome after-service events like Extreme Bingo or a simple Christmas movie night watching “Elf.” We want students to relax, be with friends, make memories and have a good time. So while we start with fun and games, other values quick rise to the top.
Connection
o We want each student that walks through our doors to feel known and valued. We want them to know that they have people that care about them and notice when they don’t come. To achieve this, we use adult volunteers and student leaders. Every week, before, after and even during service, there are opportunities to meet new people and help them know that they belong here. So while we work hard to make our youth group fun and entertaining, we make sure to provide a loving Christian community.
Celebration
o We plan to use worship through singing to help students really understand God’s love for them and the power of the Bible in a way that’s different than someone simply speaking. We desire that at every one of our services, you’ll see a vibrant and passionate community of students expressing their love for Jesus and dedication to Him through singing and prayer
Growth
o We will have awesome speakers that give messages geared specifically for the lives of students. Our youth group aims to help students learn how to study their Bible, to apply the Bible to their everyday life, to hear the voice of God, and to have a personal relationship with the Lord. We do fun and relevant topics teenagers love to talk about, and tackle the tough topics that people often avoid and show students what God has to say about them, too.
§ Practical life issues, practical spiritual principles, Self-image, etc.
