It appears that yesterday morning's (Sunday, May 1, 2022), service was lost to time, but hopefully not to eternity. The Lord REALLY helped us. Please DO PRAY for this ministry. It is SUCH A BATTLE to minister on Salem Ridge. We are literally standing against the forces of hell in Bracken County, and hell desires to take the place over. Again, PLEASE pray for us. The message for Sunday morning was entitled "Are YOU in the Battle?" And it is a battle, folks! And we must get in the battle, stay filled with the Holy Ghost, and stand right where our Heavenly Commander puts us proclaiming the full gospel message that Jesus is the Son of God, and Jesus saves and sanctifies!

Please pray for our livestream situation. It was amazing how I had exactly the wires and connectors necessary to solve the buzzing problem this morning. And the live stream audio started off beautifully, but then the next thing we knew it disappeared and the audio was no more. It seems that we are really struggling to get a stable and reliable livestream setup.

Please keep our jail and prison ministry in your prayers. We have quite a number of fellows that we are ministering to, most of them in the local detention facility. We write to them (on postcards) sharing the Good News of Jesus and as much Scripture as possible. We also hold video chats with them. It is so encouraging because some of them are so eager to talk with the preacher that they are on the phone early and just eat up every word. During today's visits, I focused on the four kinds of soil and the responsibility that each one of us have to decide what kind of "dirt" we are going to be. I admonished the young men to be the fourth kind which received the seed (God's word) and accepted it into their hearts and spirits and it sprouted, grew, and produced a bountiful harvest!!!!!
