Lord,
You did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

So today, we bring You our thought-
the anxiety, the overthinking, the heaviness we can’t always explain.

Speak Your peace over our minds.
Not as the world gives, but a deep, steady peace that quiets the noise within us.

Break the chains of fear, stress, and mental exhaustion.
Restore clarity, strength, and rest to our minds.

We choose Your peace over our fear.
