Day 3 - A Prayer for Your Child's Friendships and Associations
God's Promise:
"Do not be misled: 'Bad company corrupts good character.'" 1 Corinthians 15:33 (NIV)

Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,

Today, we come before you with grateful hearts, acknowledging the answered prayers we have witnessed in the past days. As we continue to pray for our children in this back-to-school season, we specifically lift up their friendships and associations.

Father, we declare that the blood of Jesus speaks protection over [insert Child's Name] as they enter this new school year. We declare that they are protected from any evil associations and harmful friendships. Disconnect them from any negative ties that may attempt to form.

We decree that corruption will be far from [Child's Name]. May they only be surrounded by friends who add value to their lives and help them fulfill their God-given destiny. Let their friendships be a source of growth, encouragement, and support.

[Child's Name], we decree that your life is hidden with Christ in God. Because of this divine protection, you are insulated from any form of corruption and bad influence. You will not be a bad example to others, but rather an example of righteousness, conduct, morals, and the fear of God. Your life will radiate the glory of the Lord.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and answering them according to your perfect will. We trust that you will guide and guard our children's friendships and associations, leading them in paths of righteousness. We praise you for the transformational work you will do in their lives through positive relationships.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Day 1: A Prayer for God's Guidance in a New School Year
God's Promise:

"I will lead you along unfamiliar paths; I will guide you and make the rough places smooth. I will turn the darkness into light before you and make the crooked places straight. These are the things I will do; I will not abandon you." Isaiah 42:16 (paraphrased)

Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,

Today, we lift up our precious child, [insert Child's Name], as they embark on a new school year. We thank you for the promise in your Word that you will lead them even in unfamiliar territory. We trust in your guidance, knowing that you will make every crooked path straight.

Lord, we declare that darkness has no place in [Child's Name]'s journey. We ask that you shine your light upon their path, illuminating every step they take. Remove any confusion and replace it with clarity in their studies, relationships, and decisions.

We pray specifically for your leading and guidance for [Child's Name] in this new school year. May they never walk in error, but instead, may you be their guiding light. As they navigate this new chapter in their life, we ask that you fill them with courage and dispel any fear or discouragement that may come their way.

Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for providing answers according to your perfect will. We receive these answers with hearts full of gratitude and thanksgiving, knowing that you are faithful to lead and guide [Child's Name] each step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

“Praise be to you, Lord, the God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.”

God, our King, is worthy of praise because of who He is, not just based on what He’s done.
