A fearful Christian is a powerless Christian, but a fearless Christian is a powerful Christian.”

Fear drains faith, but courage activates God’s power. David and Jonathan weren’t powerful because of their titles or their ability to speak — they were powerful because they believed God in the face of danger. True power doesn’t come from how well you can preach; it comes from how deeply you trust and obey God even when fear tries to stop you.

Understanding Fear

Scripture: Exodus 14:11–12

Pastor Peltier spoke on the topic “Understanding Fear.”
The message reflected on the moment when the children of Israel, though delivered from Egypt, still struggled with fear. Their bo***ge was not only physical but also mental and emotional.

They were no longer slaves to Pharaoh — yet they remained slaves to fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of what lay ahead. Fear that God’s promise might fail.

When they saw the Egyptians approaching, their reaction was to expect the negative — to assume defeat even before the battle began.

Fear blinded them from seeing the power of God that had already delivered them.
True deliverance requires not only leaving Egypt but also allowing Egypt to leave your mind.

To understand fear is to recognize that it thrives in uncertainty — but faith thrives in trust.
God was teaching them, and us, that faith must speak louder than fear.

🙏✨ Today a heartfelt prayer was lifted up for all our young children as they prepare to return to school. We covered them in God’s protection, asking the Lord to surround them with safety, wisdom, and guidance every step of the way.

We prayed that their minds be sharp, their hearts be kind, and their spirits be strong in the Lord. May no harm come near them, and may they shine as lights in their classrooms and communities.

Let us continue to stand in agreement, believing that this school year will be filled with success, blessings, and divine favor for every child. 💙📚🕊️

Pastor Peltier reminded us of the power in Ephesians 6:10-18 — to put on the whole armor of God. 🙏🛡️

In these times, we cannot fight spiritual battles with natural strength. We must gird ourselves with truth, walk in righteousness, hold the shield of faith, and never forget the sword of the Spirit — God’s Word!

When we are fully clothed in His armor, no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Hallelujah! 🔥

Let us be steadfast, watchful, and prayerful, standing strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

🎶🙌 What a powerful move of God today! Our very own bass player not only played skillfully but also lifted his voice in song, declaring “Jesus” and “Saved.” 🔥

His worship reminded us that salvation is only in the name of Jesus, and that music and praise are mighty weapons in the house of God. 🙏💜

Thank you Lord for vessels willing to give You glory in every way—through instruments and through song!

🙌🔥 Today Sister Kadisha blessed us with her testimony of holding on and pressing on through life’s storms. She reminded us that when we keep our eyes on Jesus, no trial is too heavy and no burden too great. 🙏✨

She then poured her heart into the song “Thank You Lord for Your Blessings on Me” 🎶💜, filling the sanctuary with gratitude and praise. Truly, her words and her song stirred our spirits and lifted our faith!
