Bridge is for the KIDS!! , our kids put together a backpack drive for the Back To School ministry with Next Step Community Church 🔥
we officially end summer and return back to school! Praying for you ALL, parents, students, and educators! May God provide blessing and protection and so much growth this coming year! 🙏🏽

PEOPLE DON'T ACTUALLY WANT DIVERSITY, THEY WANT THIS

What we actually want is conformity. Put different personalities and different perspectives in one room, and at some point they rub up against each other. True diversity will create tension. Bottom line, it will create tension.

If you're going to make actual effort for different types of people, you're going to be in a lot of different conversations. Everybody wants it on their website. No one wants the work.

There's a real cost to being yourself. Some people learn how to code switch. Some people get old and stop code switching. Some people forget they ever had a code at all.

God placed you with your family. He placed you in your community. He gave you your experience. Bring all of that to the table.

No culture is holy. So even as you bring your culture to the table, some of your preferences will have to be laid down.

We're all conforming to the culture of Christ. Everyone is bowing at the table of Jesus. No culture has authority over Him.
