What are you up to these days: I am currently a 4th grade teacher at a Jewish Day School.
Favorite thing you learned/take away: My biggest takeaway from JSF is Rabbi Bell’s explanation of the origins and transmission of Oral Torah. It was a general concept that eluded until Rabbi Bell clearly explained the relationship between the Torah and Talmud. TSGL H2M2D AFW
Favorite JSF memory: My friend Aviv and I would wake up early in the morning and coffee or tea. We would learn part of a Chassidic discourse. Also the shabbats were always filled with joy and camaraderie
Where do you see yourself in 5 years: In 5 years I aspire to be a middle school teacher, and towards the end of attaining rabbinical ordination.
Favorite mitzvah: Putting on tefillin. Binding myself not only to Hashem but to a tradition passed down since the Jews were in the desert.
Favorite Jewish Memory: Stting at the seder table with my grandmother. She sings old tunes from Poland and messes up most of the words. @ Worldwide

Favorite thing you learned/take away: everything is Hashcaha protis 🙏🏼
Favorite JSF teacher/ topic: allllll teachers were my fav. I really enjoyed learning Chasssidus in the morning with Rabbi Hecht
Favorite JSF memory: our mock Jewish wedding! We presented the laws of family purity.
Favorite mitzvah: lighting Shabbat candles and helping people.
Favorite Jewish memory: singing and dancing at the kotel during kabalat Shabbat with so much pride and unity❤️ @ Worldwide

What are you up to these days: Mayanot Yeshiva in Jerusalem
Favorite thing you learned/take away: Confirmed that I need to go to Yeshiva and that I loved learning Torah and doing Mitzvot
Favorite JSF teacher/ topic: Rabbi Bell his classes on Kosher laws and the Oral Torah
Favorite JSF memory: singing and dancing to the Horses niggun (song) at Kabbalat Shabbat
How do you express your jewish identity: My very being is the expression. I think my greatest expression is my doing mundane things while wearing a kippah and tzittzit and knowing that I am serving HS, especially through the mundane.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years: learning, keeping, and rejoicing in Torah and Mitzvot. BH building a Jewish family rooted in Torah and Mitzvot. Any further specifics are up to HS!
Favorite mitzvah: all. I really enjoy many of the basics: Tefillin, Shabbos, and keeping Kosher
Favorite Jewish Memory: Shabbat at Jewish summer camps

1. Find a good friend or a good Rabbi or both, learn together, and learn something that intrigues you!
