You don’t need two hours in the gym or fancy equipment to honor your temple. 💪
Start with a small step — a walk, a glass of water, a stretch before bed. God rejoices when we begin. 🙌

People say the grass isn’t always greener on the other side 🌱… but the real question is: are you tending to the gifts God already planted in you?

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10 ✝️

Don’t worry about someone else’s field — water your own, especially in Christ Jesus, and trust God for the harvest. 🙌🏾
