Ibn Abi Shaybah (in *Al-Musannaf*) and Al-Bayhaqi (in *Shu’ab al-Iman*) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"Four *rak'ahs* after the sun passes its zenith—before the Dhuhr prayer—are equivalent to the prayer of the late night (*sahar*).

" Al-Albani classified this narration as *hasan* (sound). Another narration adds: "There is nothing that does not glorify Allah at that hour."

Ibn al-Qayyim stated in *Zad al-Ma'ad*:

"Abdullah ibn Mas'ud used to pray eight *rak'ahs* after the sun passed its zenith, saying:

'They are equivalent to an equal number of *rak'ahs* of night prayer.' The secret behind this—and Allah knows best—is that the midpoint of the day corresponds to the midpoint of the night.

The gates of heaven open after the sun passes its zenith, and the Divine Descent occurs after the midpoint of the night; thus, both are times of nearness and mercy—one being a time when the gates of heaven open, and the other being a time when the Lord—Blessed and Exalted is He—descends to the lowest heaven."

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

"If one of you looks at someone who has been favored over him in wealth and physical appearance, let him also look at someone who is below him."

(Agreed upon).
In a narration by Muslim, it states:

"Look at those who are below you and do not look at those who are above you; for that is more likely to prevent you from belittling the blessing Allah has bestowed upon you."

Abu Musa that the Prophet ﷺ, who said:

‘Before the Hour there will be al-Harj.’ They asked: ‘What is al-Harj?’
He said: ‘Killing.’
They said: ‘More than the amount of killing we already do?
In a single year, we kill more than seventy thousand!’
He said: ‘It will not be your killing of the polytheists; rather, it will be some of you killing others.’
They asked: ‘Will our minds still be with us at that time?’
He said: ‘The minds of most of the people of that time will be taken away, and there will remain a senseless mass of people.
Most of them will think that they are upon something, while they will actually be upon nothing.’
Abu Musa said: ‘By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, I do not see any way out for myself or for you from it if it reaches me and you, except that we leave it as we entered it, without having shed blood or taken anyone’s wealth.’
Narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Majah with an authentic chain

Narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,

"Fever is every believer's share of the Hellfire."

Al-Mundhiri stated that Al-Bazzar narrated it with a *hasan* (sound) chain of transmission, and Al-Albani authenticated it.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

"What befell the Children of Israel will certainly befall my Ummah, just as one sandal matches another—to the extent that if there were among them one who committed in**st with his mother openly, there would be someone in my Ummah who would do the same. The Children of Israel split into seventy-two sects, and my Ummah will split into seventy-three sects; all of them will be in the Fire except for one sect: that which follows what I and my Companions follow."

Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi; Al-Albani classified it as *hasan* (sound).

Narrated by ‘Ubada bin As-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said,

"Guarantee for me six things from yourselves, and I will guarantee Paradise for you:
be truthful when you speak,
fulfill your promises when you make them,
be faithful when you are entrusted with something,
guard your chastity,
lower your gaze,
and restrain your hands."
[Reported by Ahmad, Ibn Abi Al-Dunya, Ibn Hibban in his *Sahih*, Al-Hakim, and Al-Bayhaqi; authenticated by Al-Albani.]
