Narrated by Abdullah bin Mas‘ud (may Allah be pleased with him): When the verse—"Those who believe and do not mix their belief with injustice" [Al-An‘am: 82]—was revealed, it weighed heavily upon the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). They said, "Which of us has not wronged himself?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "It is not as you think; rather, it is as Luqman said to his son: 'O my son, do not associate partners with Allah; indeed, associating partners with Allah is a great injustice' [Luqman: 13]."

Narrated by Al-Bukhari.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Al-Harith bin
Juz’ (may Allah be pleased with him):

"I never saw anyone who smiled more than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."

And in another narration from him, he said:

"The laughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was nothing but a smile."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward equal to the rewards of those who follow him, without diminishing their rewards in the slightest; and whoever calls to misguidance will bear a burden of sin equal to the sins of those who follow him, without diminishing their sins in the slightest."

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

*"Whoever leaves his home in a state of purity to attend an obligatory prayer, his reward is like that of a pilgrim in the state of Ihram."*

📍The eminent scholar Abdul-Muhsin Al-Abbad (may Allah preserve him) said:

Meaning: Whoever performs ablution and goes out to the mosque intending to perform one of the obligatory acts prescribed by Allah—namely, the five daily prayers—receives a reward equal to that of a pilgrim in the state of *Ihram* (having entered the ritual state of Hajj).

Meaning: Allah Almighty rewards him just as He rewards the pilgrim in *Ihram*; for this person has gone out to perform an obligatory prayer, and the pilgrim in *Ihram* has gone out to perform a magnificent act of worship. Thus, the reward of the former is like the reward of the latter, and Allah’s bounty is vast.
