YOUR FAITH WAS NEVER MEANT TO REMAIN WHERE IT STARTED!

God is not simply calling us to believe in Him. He is calling us to grow in Him.

Deeper faith is developed through consistent prayer, intentional study of God's Word, obedience, and a willingness to be transformed.

It is not about knowing more Scripture without living it. It is about allowing God's truth to change how we think, speak, love, and live.

"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ." 2 Peter 3:18

At EUMC, we are committed to helping one another develop a faith that is rooted, resilient, and ready for whatever life brings.

They answered the call to serve. Now, let us come together to honor them!

Behind every uniform is a story of courage, sacrifice, commitment, and service. Behind every service member is a family that has also made sacrifices for our freedom.

Join Bishop Dr. R. C. Hugh Nelson and the Ebenezer Urban Ministry Center family for a special Military Appreciation Service as we recognize and celebrate the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our nation.

We warmly invite all U.S. Military Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, National Guard and Reserve Personnel, Retirees, and Military Families to worship and celebrate with us.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, EUMC reminds our community that caring for your mental and emotional well being matters.

Some battles are visible. Others are carried quietly behind smiles, responsibilities, and busy schedules. Check on the people you love. Make room for honest conversations. Seek support when you need it, and never allow shame to keep you from reaching for help.

Faith and seeking help are not enemies. Prayer, supportive community, appropriate professional care, rest, and healthy relationships can all be part of the journey toward wellness.

“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart.” Psalm 34:18

At EUMC, we are committed to being a community where people can be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry life alone.
