Sunday Worship at 11:00am JULY 5 is on ZOOM ONLY

The building will NOT be open.
Consider meeting up with a small group at someone's home to worship together on Zoom.

For an in person worship experience, consider attending Heart of Life UMC, 33 7th Avenue. Their summer worship time is 10am.

We can't wait to see you! Join worship online as we prepare our hearts and minds as followers of Jesus. You are encouraged to sing, pray, and allow the Spirit to move you in new ways to stay in love with God and God's creation.

What a glorious Sunday Worship to kick off our summer series on prayer "All My Days." The Good News Cooperative parish worshiped together with Bishop Alfred Johnson blessing us as the guest preacher. His "All Inclusive" Sermon reminded us to that sometimes answers to prayer look like doors closing behind us that move us forward with the Spirit. Worship was followed by a time of fellowship and breaking bread in the garden. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making today a reflection of God's Kingdom.

We have an amazing combined worship celebration planning on June 28 followed by a potluck lunch in the garden. Bishop Alfred Johnson is our guest preacher and worship leadership will be shared with PSUMC and Heart of Life United Methodist Church. We are stronger together!

We'll gather at Park Slope UMC at 11am. Come a little early and bring a lunch item to share.

Park Slope United Methodist Church is well represented at the NY Annual Conference gathering in Stamford, CT this week!

Today Kathy presented a petition "Answering the Call of Kairos Palestine II" and Sarah presented a petition "in Support of Survivors and Violence Harm Reduction" to the legislative session on Advocacy. Both petitions passed nearly unanimously and were placed on the consent calendar to be voted on by the body on Saturday.

Bryan and Deaconess Georga served at registration and Bryan also hosted the BMCR suite.

Our Long Island West District Superintendent, Rev. Abel, was elected as a delegate to General Conference.

We had a chance to catch up with Min. Okema. And John Wesley showed up to teach us about UM Rules.

We learned that 60% of the 2025 NYAC baptisms were in our district!
