Last night we held our first Young Professionals (Sunday morning) class since covid-19 effected our ability to meet in person back in March. It was a bittersweet meeting as it was our last being the leaders of this amazing group of young singles at the Cleveland Baptist Church! It will be a tough day on Sunday as we say “see you soon” to so many of you who have been a big part of our lives for these past four years🥺 I’ll try not to cry, but I also know we are only 5 1/2 hours away and will return on holidays to visit 🥰 Please know that is has been an honor serving Christ with you and that we will continue to pray for you daily. God has his hand on the Cleveland Baptist Church and may He continue to use each and every one of you to complete His will in Cleveland Ohio🙏🏼 As we leave to move into a new ministry and follow the Lord in obedience, we are excited to be a part of growing the church by fulfilling the great commission in Virginia. God has instilled specific gifts in all of us, pray for Him to reveal those to you and to use them to bring His name glory. I (Becca) was once a horribly shy girl, scared to raise my hand and talk to others at school. God helped me overcome my shyness, but I still struggle to be outgoing sometimes...the point is, it may not be comfortable, it may require you to step out in faith and do something that’s out of the box, but I promise that when you are doing it for the glory of God, He will bless it. Jon and Jamie Blankenship are an awesome addition to this growing and vibrant ministry, pray for them and be an encouragement as they come into their new roles as leaders of this group😊🙏🏼❤️THANK YOU ALL FOR ALLOWING US TO MINISTER TO YOU!
