JESUS CAN USE YOUR COMPASSION

📖 Sip🥤on this truth Matthew 9:36 “But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them…”

Word Sip🥤
Jesus didn't just see crowds.
He saw people.
He saw their pain.
He saw their need.
And He was moved with compassion.
Disciple-making begins when we stop looking at people as problems and start seeing them as souls.

Encouragement💡
Ask God to give you eyes to see what Jesus sees and a heart that cares about what Jesus cares about.

Today’s Discipleship Challenge6:
Show compassion to someone who is struggling.

📖 Sip🥤on this truth Luke 19:5
“Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.”

Word Sip🥤
Everybody else saw Zacchaeus as a sinner.
Jesus saw somebody who needed salvation.
That's discipleship.
Learning to see people the way Jesus sees them.
Don't just see the behavior.
See the person.
Don't just see the mistake.
See the potential.
Don't just see the past.
See what Jesus can do with their future.

Encouragement💡
Don't write people off because of where they are. Jesus specializes in changing where people are going.

Today’s Discipleship Challenge💡
Look beyond someone's behavior today and intentionally show them the love of Christ.

KEEP WALKING BY FAITH

📖 Sip🥤on this truth 2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

Word Sip🥤
Discipleship requires faith because we don't always know what God is doing next.
Sometimes you can't see the harvest.
Sometimes you can't see the answer.
Sometimes you can't see the change in the person you're praying for.
But faith says:
“I may not see it, but I still trust God.”
Keep walking.
Keep believing.
Keep witnessing.
Keep encouraging.

Encouragement💡
Don't let what you see make you forget what God said. Keep walking by faith!

Today’s Discipleship Challenge💡
Encourage somebody who is waiting on God and remind them to keep trusting Him.
