Having bitachon, trust in G-d, doesn’t let you off the hook. You still have to make the call, send the email, do the work. What it changes is what you’re carrying while you do it. Remembering who’s actually in control means you can put in your full effort without also trying to shoulder an outcome that was never up to you.
