God's Battalion of Prayer Church A Christ-centered, family-oriented church in the heart of Brooklyn. We’re on mission to love God, serve people, and help you take your next step in faith. 🕊️

(Why we exist)

Our mission is to transform the community by helping its members to grow in faith, fellowship, character, commitment, ministry, and missions. Global evangelism and discipleship (Matt. 28:19-20)


As a church, the following are the values we hold which form the foundation for what we do; whose we are; and how we conduct ourselves.

1. We value worship and prayer as a means through

which we communicate with God as He requires of us. (Luke 18:1; Eph. 6:18; 2 Chron. 7:14)
2. We value making disciples as a command given to the church according to the model that Jesus Christ gave us. (Matt. 28:18-20)
3. We value healthy families as foundational to our church, community, and society. (3 John 2)
4. We value teamwork and collaboration. (Ex. 18:13-26; 1 Cor. 12:12-27)
5. We value serving others as Jesus demonstrated. (John 13:14)
6. We value relationship-building as a framework for evangelism, discipleship and fellowship. (Acts 2:42-46)

What a powerful and impactful time at our Evangelism Seminar with Evangelist Fred Felton III !

We thank God for an evening that was not only informational, but also empowering and challenging. We were reminded that evangelism isn’t reserved for a few, it’s the calling of every believer. Through practical wisdom, biblical truth, and heartfelt encouragement, we left better equipped and more confident to boldly share the hope of Jesus Christ with those around us.

May this be more than a seminar, may it be the beginning of a renewed passion to live out the Great Commission every day.
