This past Southern NCSY Shabbaton was something special, a weekend charged with ruach, brotherhood, and real growth. Between the late-night kumzitzes, powerful divrei Torah, nonstop laughter, and deep conversations, you could feel something real happening in the room. One of the most meaningful moments came when we had the chance to give out tzitzis to the boys. It wasn’t just about handing out tzitzis, it was about giving each guy a tangible reminder of who he is, what he stands for, and the pride of living as a Jew. Watching the boys put on their tzitzis, asking questions, and wearing them with confidence was unreal. It felt like more than a program; it felt like the beginning of something bigger.
