A reminder that the deadline to sign up for the Montreat Youth Conference in July is April 15 with a $100 deposit due. In the event of cancellation, this deposit would be fully refunded.

Montreat Youth Conference is a unique gathering of young people entering 9th grade through graduated seniors, from all over the country for a week of study, worship, and recreation. Activities include morning energizers, music, keynote, small group meetings, afternoon recreation activities, and evening worship.

Brooklyn Presbyterian Church youth will be part of a larger group of youth and leaders from the Lake Michigan Presbytery, and will be traveling and lodging together. There are only 24 spots available for this event, so hurry and get your application in. The cost is $600 per youth, but the church will help out with this. The youth is responsible for $200, the church will pay $200 and fundraising will cover $200. The application and $100 deposit are due by April 15. If you need assistance with the $200, please contact Jody Thompson or Jen Waluck as there are scholarships available.
