Sunset Park Unitarian Universalist musician and organist Pam McAllister treated the congregation, including two friends she brought to the service, to a demonstration of Trinity Lutheran Church's 1600-pipe organ. So interesting! And Pam's playing was wonderful!

Meditation before you eat:

Beings around the world are struggling to survive
May we practice so that all have enough to eat
This food is a gift of the universe
The earth and the sky
Numerous living beings
Much hard and loving work
May we eat with mindfulness and gratitude
So as to be worthy of this food

With the first bite I offer joy
With the second bite I offer compassion
With the third bite I see others joy as my own
With the fourth bite I offer inclusiveness

(Emma said that after the fourth bite, it's time to eat the meal.)
