Department of Internet Ministries We identify, leverage, and develop technologies for Orthodox Christian digital ministry.

The mission of Internet Ministries is to follow the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ who said: "Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation" (Mark 16.15). The Department of Internet Ministries is responsible for identifying, leveraging, and developing technologies appropriate for Orthodox Christian digital ministry. Internet Ministries is dedicated to wielding techno

logy for the proclamation of the Good News of the Gospel and for the advancement of Orthodox Christian ministry. In this capacity, the Department is charged with the development and expansion of the Archdiocese’s presence on the Internet and the World Wide Web. The Department of Internet Ministries was created through the generous support of Leadership 100 and its offices are located on the Campus of Hellenic College & Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology.

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America prioritizes the cybersecurity of our communities and parishioners. Here are four essential actions you, our fellow parishioners, and parishes can take to enhance security:

1. Keep software up to date. Enable auto-updates on all your devices.

2. Use strong passwords. Create unique passwords for all accounts and consider using a password manager like Apple's Password or 1Password. Phrases of at least 16 characters mixed with numbers or symbols are best.

3. Enable two-factor authentication on all accounts.

4. Be alert to phishing! Always verify a sender and think before you click.

This survey deals with the music ministry in a parish - choirs, chanters, etc. and the work they perform within the liturgical services and in the life of the parish.
