Saint Nicholas House

Saint Nicholas House We are a house of hospitality and prayer in Brookline. We welcome children into an atmosphere of joy. We celebrate Holy Eucharist Sundays at 10:00AM.

At Saint Nicholas House, we seek to create a haven for children in Brookline, NH. Children are invited to step into a joy-filled atmosphere where they are loved unconditionally, whether they come to visit the animals, tend the gardens, create something in the workshop, bake, study, train in karate, enjoy a barn party, play in the woods, or simply enjoy a moment of peace. Saint Nicholas House is of

fered as a free gift to our community. We believe that God treasures each one of us and loves us generously and freely, and desire that every child may know what it means to be deeply treasured and freely loved. We also seek to be a house of prayer, in which the love of God is fanned into flame in our own lives through daily, weekly, and yearly rhythms of community prayer, guided prayer retreats, children’s catechesis, and spiritual direction. We are also open for daily Morning and Evening Prayer; contact us for more details.

Maple sugaring season is well underway. This year we have already bottled a good amount of syrup and have more in the way. In fact, we are almost out of bottles!

We bottle all our syrup in reused glass bottles, and friends often set aside their empty bottles for us throughout the year.

If you have any empty bottles for us to reuse, we would be grateful. We will leave a box on the front porch to receive them. (19 Milford Street, Brookline)

The 2025-2026 Christmas Tree Harvest has begun. When you are done with your tree, our goats are glad to eat them! You may drop them off in front of the house at any time (look for other Christmas trees— that’s the spot).

We are at 19 Milford Street in Brookline.

If you would like to meet the goats, we are glad to arrange that. Just message us.
