Here are some pictures from our Chili-Cook Off event on Wednesday, December 3th. Thank you everyone for coming out and supporting this event every year in our community at our church. Thank you to Mrs. Tracy and Mr. David Jaynes for allowing us to use your tent and lights for that event and for setting up the tables and chairs. Also, thank you to everyone from the church who donated bottles of sour cream, saltine crackers, and bags of shredded cheese and thank you to our youth group who helped serve chili, hot chocolate, and bottles of water to all the people who came out to the event.
Congratulations to our Chili - Cook Off winners, Mr. Phil Denmark and The Lee Family. Mr. Phil Denmark won the Golden Ladle award for Best Overall Chili picked by the judges along with a gift basket full of different prizes and a certificate for Best Overall Chili. The Lee Family won a certificate for the Fan Favorite Chili Category and a gift basket full of different prizes as well.
