TOMORROW AT THE BROOK | THIS HOUSE

Every house has a foundation. You can have beautiful walls, great plans, and plenty of activity but when the storm comes, what matters most is what the house was built on.

Tomorrow we begin a brand-new series: THIS HOUSE. We’re starting with one declaration: JESUS CHRIST IS THE FOUNDATION OF THIS HOUSE.

The Shunammite woman in 2 Kings 4, she intentionally prepared a place for the man of God to stop, enter, and rest. What had once been a place he simply passed by became a place where he was welcomed to remain.

We don’t just want the Holy Spirit to visit, we want to create an atmosphere that says: "You are welcome here.”

Come hungry.
Come expecting.
Come ready.

SEPTEMBER AT THE BROOK | THIS HOUSE + MAKE ROOM

We believe God is building something among us but we don’t just want to ask God to bless what we’re building. We want to build a house that has room for whatever He wants to do.

SUNDAYS | THIS HOUSE
We’ll look at the kind of church God has called us to be. A house that makes room for His presence. A house that becomes family. A house that lives on mission. A house that believes there is still more ahead.

WEDNESDAYS | MAKE ROOM
We’ll take that same prayer and make it personal.

Are we making room for His presence in our lives?
Are we willing to make room to grow?
Is there room in our lives for the people God wants us to reach?
And do we have the faith and capacity to make room for MORE?

We don’t want to become so comfortable with what God has already done that we have no room for what He wants to do next.

Tomorrow we finish our "Entrusted with Eden" series with a message about the purpose God created us for: to reflect His image.

We were CREATED in His image.
Sin DISTORTED the image.
Man tried to COVER what was broken.
Jesus came and RESTORED what sin had distorted.

Before you accept what fear, shame, failure, your past, or the enemy says about you, there’s a question you need to ask: WHO TOLD YOU?

Your identity isn’t established by the voice of the serpent, it’s established by the voice of your Creator and restored through Jesus Christ. Your ultimate purpose isn’t simply to accomplish something for God. Your ultimate purpose is to reflect God wherever He has placed you.

Bible Study Club! 🩵✨

If you don’t come to Bible study, then what are you doing?! 😂

The friendships, encouragement, and spiritual growth that have come from this group have been such a blessing to so many. Last night, we studied the life of Elizabeth, and it was SO good!

It’s amazing how each month we can take the stories and lessons from these women of the Bible and apply them so personally to our own lives. God’s Word truly meets us right where we are!

I don’t know about you, but I’m already ready for next month! Will you join us? Come grow with us, laugh with us, pray with us, and dig into God’s Word with us! 💕📖
