Fear only survives in confusion, and the enemy wants you to be confused. That's why legalism - the idea that we need rules to be better and to get closer to God - leads to fear. Thankfully, fear is a false alarm. The Gospel of grace brings clarity, and fear can't survive in the light!

Where do we look to find God's love? Is it in our circumstances like our health, job, bank account, or relationships? No, love starts with God and the person of Jesus, who gave His live for you and to you. You don't have to get God's love. It's in you, and you get to let God's love emanate from and through you.
