His passion for pastoral care, development, and Christ-centered ministry has touched countless lives within our congregation and throughout the broader .

As he begins an exciting new chapter in a new location, we celebrate God's continued calling on his life. Today Pastor Granby bestowed the Deacon Robert Staton Man of the Year award to two outstanding men in our church. Our church Treasurer, Michael Ferguson who has given years of dedication and support to our church was the first honoree. Our second honoree was Trustee Steve Lawrence, Chair of the Trustee Board, who is someone that gives untiringly in all aspects of our church. It is fitting that they were recognized on Father’s Day. Both are lauded as exceptional fathers in addition to upstanding men of FBCB.

Deacon Hulda V. Martinez being presented her Woman of the Year certificate by Pastor and Mrs. Granby. Deacon Martinez is a dedicated and faithful member of FBC, having served as Chair of the Diaconate Board, past choir member, Bible Study leader, among her many contributions.
