As mentioned, this fish is boneless because it has been prepped for cooking. Vacuum packed individual portions are best and easy to cook. Let's go get these portions seasoned and blackened like we did with the Salmon. However, it takes less time to completely cook Tilapia. Put it away until you make a salad or Stir Fry Vegetables and Wild Rice. Very nice!

We are Blessed with Beautiful Weather Today. I Thank GOD for the Sunshine this Moment.
At the Broken Arrow City Select Committee Meeting at Broken Arrow Nazarian Church. Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Twelve members of the Community were selected to serve on this Committee to oversee revitalization funds in the amount of $210 million dollars. This revitalization project is for the 101st (New Orleans and Elm Streets), where businesses have moved from the area and relocated for various reasons.
It's prime time to lease, own, or hear about the incentives to locate near Churches, Banks, Office buildings, Restaurants and many other well established businesses already in place.
