Hi, Pastor Bob Yandian here. Welcome to Student of the Word. For the next couple of days, I'm going to take up the subject of the unglamorous Christian life. What is that? And we're happy you were. And rejoicing when you got born again. And oh, the Holy Spirit seemed so close, and everything was so exciting. And now, after a few years, you realize I've got to make eggs in the morning, send my kids to school. Where did the glamor of it go? Oh, there's a way to bring in joy in the midst of all that. Not forgetting the fact, the Holy Spirit's with you always. Let's go to the Word of God together.

Hi, this is Pastor Bob Yandian. Today we are finishing Psalm 27. We're talking about David in the cave of Adullam. Every one of us has a time when we reach a place where we realize we can't do it in our own strength. And this is what happened to David. David's repentance brought God's guidance, leadership, and an open door in front of him. David still didn't know how it was all going to come to pass. But I can simply say this God does. He'll take care of you. Let's go to the Word of God together.

Hi, this is Pastor Bob. Welcome back again to Psalm 27. Today we're going to talk about the recovery process of David ended up in the cave of Adullam by himself, but I can't think of a better place to come back into fellowship with God. With no influence of the world. And you know something? You're not in that cave alone. The presence of God is with you. And boy, did David have a turnaround there. How about a turnaround in your life? Let's go to the Word of God together.

Hi, this is Pastor Bob Yandian. Thanks again for coming to Student of the Word. We're taking Psalm 27 today, and we're going to talk about two times in David's life. And this psalm is broken up into this area. Today we're going to talk about how that sin entered into David's life through fear. Fear of the King. Fear of what the king might do. And David ran from the king. Don't tell me you've never had times like that, but we're going to find out how simple it was to come back into fellowship with God. Let's all go to the Word of God together.
