Dear Pastor/Christian Education Director:
We extend greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
This year’s session will be held on Saturday, March 21st from 8:00 am~4:00 pm. at Van Sickle Academy, 1170 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104. Our theme is taken from 2 Timothy 2:2 “Bridging the Generations; We Are Better Together!” We invite and encourage you to join us in making this a special session. God has been good to us, so let us be obedient in seeking His wisdom through the study of His Word.
COURSE CATALOG
Attached is the Course Catalog for the 2026 UBC Congress. The Catalog lists all classes by age group and subject matter.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration: Again, this year, we will be using online registration through “Brushfire.” Here is the link: https://brushfire.com/unitedbaptistcongressofmariandnh/congress2026/625770
Classes are limited, so to ensure timely and efficient registration, please register online as soon as possible. Church contacts can register groups of individuals, or individuals can register themselves. There will be technical support to assist those who may need help with the registration process. We discourage registering on the day of the Congress because we need to know the number of attendees to ensure adequate space for all who register. We will try to accommodate late registrations within the remaining class limitations at that time. Please try to register online by noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
Payment: The registration fee is $25.00 per person. Churches/individuals can pay online with a credit or debit card. If you are not paying with a credit or debit card, please notify the Registrar at [email protected] that you are paying by check or money order. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “UBC Congress” and mailed to:

LUNCH
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a hot lunch this year, so we encourage everyone to bring their own brown bag lunch or plan to go out to a local establishment within the 90-minute lunch break, 12:30-2:00 p.m. Please respect the 2:00 p.m. start time for the afternoon session.
