Good Morning Church Families,
Mrs. Alicia and I are excited to worship with the kidz upstairs this morning!
Today, we will be talking about how Jesus healed a blind man in John 9:1-13, showing God's power and glory. F***y Crosby, a blind hymn writer, used her gift to praise God despite her disability. The lesson teaches children to glorify God in every situation, even in difficulties, and to use their talents to serve Him.

The memory verse for all ages is: “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
John 9:5 NIV

There is Caravans tonight, it will be our last night in our Missionary Unit. Don't worry, next month we will keep working on new skills. Tonight the family dinner is pasta.

Good morning Church Families,
Mrs. Becky and I are excited to worship with the kids upstairs this morning.
Today, we will be talking about how Jesus teaches us to store up treasures in heaven, not just on earth. We can do this by helping others, being kind, and praying for one another. These small acts may not seem like much, but they add up and bring joy to God. Let's focus on building up treasures in heaven, not just our piggy banks. (Luke 12:32-40)

The store is open today!
The memory verses for 3rd to 6th grade (worth 2points!) “Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near, and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Luke 12:33b-34 NIV

For Preschool to 2nd graders: For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Luke 12:34 NIV

There is Caravans tonight, and the family dinner will be breakfast.

Good Morning Church Families,
We are excited to worship upstairs with the kidz this morning!
Today, as it is the first Sunday of Advent, we will be discussing how Jesus resisted Satan's temptation by following God's Word. We can do the same! Through a fun game of "Simon Says," kids learn to distinguish between right and wrong, just like Jesus did in Matthew 4:1-11. They'll discover that the Bible guides us to make good choices, even when the devil tries to trick us.

The memory verse this week for all ages is: Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’”
Matthew 4:10 NIV

There is no Caravans or Adult services this evening. But there is a luncheon and celebration following church service today!

Good morning Church Families,
Mrs. Star and I are excited to worship with the kidz upstairs this morning! Today, we will be discussing how Jesus' face shows the glory of God through His transfiguration on the mountain, where His clothes became dazzling white, and Moses and Elijah appeared. This experience demonstrates God's presence and power. As followers of Jesus, we can reflect His joy and love in our lives, shining bright for others to see.

The memory verse this week for PreK to 2nd graders is: “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!” Matthew 17:5b NIV

and for 3rd-6th graders: “While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, 'This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”’
Matthew 17:5 NIV

Tonight there is Caravans after the family meal. We will go back to learning about our missionaries and what they do all around the world for others, and spreading the love of Jesus.

Good morning Church Families,
Mrs. Becky and I are excited to worship with the Kidz upstairs this morning!
Today, we will be discussing how Jesus showed us how to love on Valentine's Day and every day. God's love letter, the Bible, tells us He loves us no matter what. 1 John 4:7-12 reminds us to love one another because love comes from God. Through Jesus, we can learn to love others like God loves us.

Yes, the store is open today!
The memory verse this week is: "This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him." 1 John 4:9 NIV

Tonight we will be having Caravans, we will be enjoying the appetizer meal with the families, and then finishing the David movie upstairs with the teens.

Good morning Church Families,
Unfortunately, church will not be in person today as the roads are just not safe to drive on. Pastor Ang will have a YouTube sermon posted for the kidz soon. We want everyone to stay safe and warm today.

Today I will be talking to the kids about "Many Parts, One Body." Just like our bodies have many parts that work together, the church is also made up of many parts that work together to serve God. In 1 Corinthians 12:12-31, we learn that every person is an important part of the Body of Christ, with special gifts to serve others. We can use our gifts to help others and remember that we need each other to be whole.

The memory verse for this week is: Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12 NIV

If any of the kidz have memorized their memory verses from last week, please record them and send them to me, or have them call me. I would love to hear them say it!

There are no Caravans or family dinner tonight; we will continue next Sunday with our evening activities.

Stay safe and warm,
Pastor Ang

Good morning Church Families,

I am excited to worship with the Kidz upstairs this morning! Today, we will be talking about when Jesus was praying for his disciples before he was crucified. Jesus prayed for his disciples to remain separate from the world, just like the colored water and oil remain separate in a mixed bottle. As Christians, we are called to live in the world but not become part of it, adding God's love to the world without being stained by it. John 17:16,18 reminds us that we are sent into the world to share God's love, remaining faithful to Jesus' call to be separate from the world.

The memory verse for PreK-2nd graders is: They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. John 17:16 NIV

3rd-6th graders: They are not of the world, even as I am not of it.
They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. John 17:16,18 NIV

There are Caravans tonight after the family dinner (Taco Night), and we will be continuing to learn about our Nazarene missionaries around the world!

Love and Prayers,
Pastor Ang
