We have officially made it home!!

Although we have made it home, I must give a HUGE thank you to Bow & Barrel Lodge for a much needed nights rest… and amazing showers… on our trip back from International Camporee. We were all thankful to get clean and sleep in a real bed!

International Camporee 2024
We went from HOT 🥵 to wet and cold 🥶
The storm on Tuesday was a blessing for the area that desperately needed the rain and a test to our resilience. We were able to meet new people while we took shelter in one of the buildings.
The girls’ tent, where all 5 of them slept, flooded and all of us girls spent the night at the laundromat drying out sleeping bags and clothes. Getting back to camp at 4 am on Wednesday morning made for a LONG day!
