When you leave this world as a Christian or Believer, your body (your old earth suit) goes into the grave, but the real you (your spirit on the inside) is instantly with Jesus.
Our loved ones who have gone on – who had received Jesus as their Saviour and Lord – are not in the grave. They are with Him in Heaven right now! And they don’t look like we last saw them either. They are healthy, vibrant, and young. They are praising God and enjoying a life that is literally beyond anything they could have ever imagined. They are ALIVE and WELL!

BRO KENNETH E. HAGIN’S HOMEGOING
(I believe it was Sis. Billye Brim that shared this. It is not a direct quote.)
When Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin went to Heaven, the Lord allowed the Prayer Partner of Sis Freda Lindsay (of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas) to see his Homecoming Celebration.
She saw what looked like a great light on the distant shore of Heaven. When she looked closer, she realized that the light was actually saints gathered to welcome Bro. Hagin home. As he crossed over, they welcomed him with much celebration. Then they parted and made room for his family members who were already there to come and greet him. Finally, they too moved aside … and there was Jesus! He took Bro. Hagin by the hand and led him on into Glory.

REV. DON PIPER’S EXPERIENCE
Author of 90 Minutes in Heaven

Don Piper, a Baptist Minister who died in a car crash and came back to life an hour and a half later, said that everyone who helped him understand about Heaven and how to get there was waiting at the Gate to meet him, including the lady who would pick him up when he was a boy to take him to church.

WHY DO SOME LEAVE EARLY?

“We have to use our FAITH in the Word of God when faced with death and dying or we will forget that we don't need to grieve as those who have no hope (I Thessalonians 4:13).
For 30 years, I have looked the enemy of death in the face as I have worked with people of all ages, from neonates to those of great age, who die ‘too early.’ I have learned it takes REAL FAITH to grasp with our hearts Scriptures which tell us things like: ‘For to me to live is Christ, and to die is GAIN’ (Philippians 1:21). And, ‘PRECIOUS in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints’ (Psalm 116:15).
What I have learned is that ‘I don't know’ is often a REALLY good answer [to questions about death]. And, truly the ‘The secret things’ do belong to the Lord!! ‘The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.’” (Deuteronomy 29:29)

F.F. BOSWORTH’S HOMEGOING

[Personal Note: Bro. Bosworth was severely beaten and run out of Hearne, Texas, because he preached unity and desegregation. Many denominations and nationalities attended his meetings. Several years later, my dad was preaching a revival in Hearne when he saw a young woman praying at the altar with somebody, and he knew she was the one for him! My parents were married in August 1955, and they pioneered their first church two years later.]

“In 1958, when Bosworth returned to Florida after his final campaign in Japan, he announced to his family that the Lord was about to take him home. At the age of eighty-one, he was not ill; he had asked the Lord to allow him to live his life without succumbing to any illness, and he simply believed that his time on earth was over.
Bosworth retired to his bed, and all of his children came home to say goodbye, getting together for the first time in over sixteen years. His son Robert wrote about the final weeks of his father’s life:
About three weeks after he took to his bed, we were around the bed talking, laughing, and singing. Suddenly Dad looked up; he never saw us again. He saw what was invisible to us. He began to greet people and hug people—he was enraptured. Every once in a while he would break off and look around saying, ‘Oh, it is so beautiful.’
For several hours, Bro. Bosworth remained in this state, between two worlds. Then, he quietly fell asleep. Sometime later, he passed from sleep to his eternal place in Christ. It was Thursday, January 23, 1958. After five decades of honoring and preaching about Jesus Christ, his Redeemer and Healer, Bosworth joined Him in heaven. It has been estimated that during his lifetime, Bosworth was instrumental in more than one million decisions for Christ. There would have been many joyful souls to greet him in heaven.
Just days before his death, Bosworth was quoted as saying, ‘All I have lived for, for the past sixty years, has been the Lord Jesus. And any minute, I’m looking for Him to walk in the door and go with Him for eternity.’”

He is coming; I see him. He is coming. Here he comes.
Suddenly a man came through the veil. He had a look of profound confusion for a moment. He didn’t know where he was. But, just as suddenly, he looked at the women and recognized them. They began to hug him and to praise and worship God. It was a joyous reunion.”
REUNION of a PASTOR and CHURCH MEMBERS
“Further to the right, I noticed a group of about fifty people. They, too, were worshipping God. Many were standing there with their arms up just praising Him. Some were hugging each other and saying, ‘Here he comes; I see him coming.’

But, as suddenly as he appeared into the heavenly atmosphere, all of the age lines in his face disappeared, and his gnarled little body straightened up. This very old pastor now looked as if he was in his mid- to late twenties .… He just stood there bewildered. But, in a moment, it dawned on him that he was in heaven, and he began to rejoice .…”

“As I understand it, no one has ever come to heaven without having other people greet him or her .…
Then, I noticed that there were not only people greeting the pastor who had just come through the veil, but also angels. And there were angels for the others who came through. All up and down the veil, people were coming through. And there were always angels to meet them.
Evidently, you can see through the veil from heaven, but you can’t see through it from earth…People in heaven somehow knew that they should be at the receiving area when someone was coming. Later I learned that there are announcement centers in heaven, and people are notified that their loved ones are about to arrive there…”
