This Sunday we start something new.
Paul writes one sentence from a prison cell to a young pastor who’s about to quit — and it says God saved us and called us. Same sentence. Same grace.

Most of us have spent our whole lives with the first half and figured the second half was for somebody else.

Our First, Fifth Sunday Family Style Gathering Was Special To Say The Least.

Families from everywhere gathered to hear the truth.
We hit the reset button on every house as we discussed Exodus 12.
Kids asked the questions, men led, fun was had! By 10:30 we had maxed out every chair and were to standing room only.
THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO MOVED TO THE LOBBY 🙏🏽

After service we witnessed 11 Baptisms!
4 of those were fathers who baptized their kids.
God is doing something special here and it’s happening through average people who are open handed, willing to be obedient to God and what He said.
Today We Mobilized Family Purpose!

Some of you are wondering what you are walking into Sunday.

HERE IT IS 😉💛
Round tables. Your family sits together.
Kids stay with you — no drop-off, no separate rooms.
The person leading your table is whoever God put in that seat. Dad. Mom. Grandma. The oldest kid. The friend who brought you. If you are coming alone, you are still a house and there is 100% a table for you.

No potluck. No covered dishes.Nothing to bring but your people.
You will pray together. Take communion together. Talk together. Your kids will have a job — a real one.

THEN… Several are getting in the water.
You do not need to know what you are doing.
Nobody Does - This is the first one & That’s the whole point.

Bring your whole family - all of them.
No Surprises but lots of fun.

Burrito bowls. No-bake cheesecakes. Games: Guys vs Girls. Celebration for what God did through this team last month. Vision for what’s ahead. And time with your team.

Who eats standing up with keys in their hand?
A modern reminder of the strangest dinner in the Bible and how it wasn’t a dinner that anybody sat down for.

This fifth Sunday looks different!
We’ve reset the room. Round tables. A seat for every family.
Acts 2 says they met house to house. This Sunday, under one roof, there will be many roofs represented — whole households sitting together, praying together, taking communion together at their own table.

One of the greatest reasons we gather is to mobilize family purpose. This fifth Sunday, that IS the mission.
Dads and moms will lead their own table.
Kids have a job — a real one. Nobody is a spectator this week.

This is the first of many fifth Sunday family gatherings.
A new tradition starts Sunday.

Seven weeks ago we started naming the lies we believe that God never said.
Today we ended in a locked room — grown men hiding from the thing they were afraid of — and Jesus walked in anyway.
“PEACE BE WITH YOU”
“As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”

He doesn’t hand you peace so you can sit in it.
He hands you peace so you can walk in it all 7 days of the week!

Six weeks ago we started talking about the lies people believe that God never said. The ones somebody handed you a long time ago that you likely still hear in your own voice.

A lot of you haven’t been here at all.

Jesus stood up in His hometown and told them why He was there & what He was there to do.
They tried to throw Him off a cliff.
So… He went to the next town and started teaching.
No gap. No chapter break. No season recovering from rejection

The rejection cost Him an address but nothing that mattered.
Sunday we finish SPIRITUAL LIES — and this last one stands on its own.
