Venture Kidz Children's Ministry

Venture Kidz Children's Ministry Venture Kidz, is the children's ministry of West Hills Christian Church in Bristol, TN. Children ages 2 - 5th grade are invite to be a part of Venture Kidz.

The purpose of Venture Kidz Children's Ministries is to connect kids to God (COME and discover a love for God and His Word), connect kids with others (SEE how God wants us, our friends, and family to have a growing relationship with him), and to connect kids to the world (GO serve others in our community and TELL everyone we meet about Jesus). We also have a nursery available for kids younger than

two and W.H.Y. (West Hills Youth) for grades 6th and up. Venture Kidz meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday mornings and from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. The ladies at West Hills do so much to support our children's ministry!
If you have any items you would like to donate for their yard sale, please drop them off at the church by this Wednesday (9/9.)
Then, please come out on Friday, September 11th between 8:00am - 3:00pm and shop their sale!

The Friendship Circle will be having a yard sale this Friday, September 11th from 8:00am -3:00pm at the church. Funds raised will help support their various projects throughout the year.

If you have any items to donate for the sale, please bring them to the church by this Wednesday (9/9.) We are collecting gently used items such as housewares, tools, furniture, toys, clothing, books and décor.

Also, please spread the word by sharing information about the sale with your friends, family and neighbors!

What an awesome day this has been! This morning after church, Daisy Creech decided today was the day, and she accepted Jesus as her Savior and was baptized!
Let's all continue to encourage Daisy and lift her up in prayer as she begins her new life in Christ.

What an amazing day! We're so excited to share that Tommy Westfall made the best decision ever - to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior and to be baptized at Camp ACC-Appalachian Christian Camp. Please pray for Tommy and continue to encourage him as he begins his new life in Christ!
He also worked very hard throughout the week memorizing scripture, to hide God's Word in his heart, and was one of the top 15 (out of 86 campers) and as a reward he got to "pie" Connor.🤣

A few pictures from Dinner & Devotions tonight. The kids love hanging out together before dinner while we wait for everyone to arrive. We all enjoyed Chick-fil-a nugs, mac-n-cheese, fruit cups and ice cream sandwiches for dessert. Then we continued our lessons from the parables of Jesus. Tonight, we learned about the Good Samaritan and had fun bandaging our "neighbor."😂
