The Twelve Promises of the Sacred Heart of Jesus ❀️‍πŸ”₯

1 β†’ I will give them all the graces necessary for their state in life.

2 β†’ I will establish peace in their families.

3 β†’ I will console them in all their afflictions.

4 β†’ I will be their secure refuge during life, and above all, at the hour of death.

5β†’ I will bestow abundant blessings upon all their undertakings.

6 β†’ Sinners shall find in My Heart an infinite ocean of mercy.

7 β†’ Lukewarm souls shall become fervent.

8 β†’ Fervent souls shall quickly rise to great perfection.

9 β†’ I will bless the homes in which the image of My Sacred Heart is exposed and honored.

10 β†’ I will give priests the power to touch the most hardened hearts.

11 β†’ Those who propagate this devotion shall have their names written in My Heart, never to be erased.

12 β†’ The Great Promise:
I promise you, in the excessive mercy of My Heart, that My all-powerful love will grant to all those who receive Holy Communion on the First Friday of nine consecutive months, the grace of final perseverance. They shall not die in My displeasure nor without receiving the sacraments. My Heart shall be their assured refuge at that last hour.

πŸ“… This Friday, June 5, 2026, is the First Friday of the month
✝️ This Month is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

A powerful, Church-approved devotion rooted in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

What is it and why it matters:
In the 1670s, Jesus revealed His Sacred Heart to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, asking for Communion on nine consecutive First Fridays in reparation for sins against His Heart. This devotion was given to renew love for the Eucharist, restore reverence for Confession, and draw souls back to a life of grace.

How to practice it:
Receive Holy Communion on the First Friday of nine consecutive months, in a state of grace. Go to Confession if needed. Offer that Communion interiorly in reparation to the Sacred Heart. Miss a month and the devotion restarts. Receive with love, not routine.

On June 11, the Catholic Bishops of the United States will officially consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Devotion to the Sacred Heart existed before St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, but it became widespread through the revelations she received from Jesus in the late 1600s.

In June 1675, during the octave of Corpus Christi, Jesus asked that a feast honoring His Sacred Heart be celebrated on the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi as an act of reparation for sin.

The Church gradually approved the devotion, and in 1856 Pope Pius IX extended the Feast of the Sacred Heart to the entire Catholic Church.

Today, Catholics continue this devotion through First Friday practices, Eucharistic adoration, and acts of reparation.

In a powerful reminder of Christ’s Real Presence in the Eucharist, the Vatican has recently recognized a remarkable miracle that took place on November 15, 2013, at Christ the King Church in Vilakkannur, Kerala, India (Syro-Malabar Archdiocese of Tellicherry).

During the morning Mass celebrated by Fr. Thomas Pathickal, as he elevated the large Host after consecration, a mysterious dark spot suddenly appeared. As the Mass continued, the spot grew brighter and gradually transformed into a clear, striking image of the Holy Face of Jesus Christ.

Thousands of faithful flocked to the church, causing traffic issues that required local authorities to intervene. The Host was carefully examined by Church authorities, sent to Rome for scientific and theological evaluation, and has now been officially declared an authentic Eucharistic miracle by the Vatican as of May 2025.

The miraculous Host is now preserved and venerated on a side altar at Christ the King Church. Many pilgrims have reported spiritual graces, strengthened faith, and blessings after praying before it.

This beautiful event echoes the words of the Psalmist:
β€œO Lord, show us Your Face, and we shall be saved!” ✨

Let this miracle deepen our love and reverence for the Holy Eucharist β€” the true Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
