We would like to formally apologize to every chicken in a 50-mile radius. 🐣🙏

As you can see, our fridge has been completely overtaken. Why? Because it’s Festa time, and you can’t make legendary, melt-in-your-mouth malassadas without cracking a few thousand eggs.

​For 3 straight days, our crew will be rolling, frying, and sugaring the best treats festival-goers have ever tasted. It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes an absolute army of eggs to fuel this weekend.

​We are trading the evening stars for some Sunday sun! Come enjoy a fantastic meal and great company at our upcoming community luncheon. This will be our last luncheon before we shift gears for our Festa and head into summer break!
​It is hard to believe the Festa is only two months away—especially since the weather doesn't quite feel like it yet—but the season is flying by.
