Good morning! We are so excited to kickoff our first FCA huddle of the semester!! It will be a time of fellowship, worship, and prayer (along with some snacks and games)!! We hope to see you and your friends TONIGHT (1/22) @8:00 pm in Nininger 210.😊

So thankful for each person who set aside time to come out last night! We enjoyed learning more about Jesus and spending time with each of you! To God Be All The Glory!✝️

Here’s a little recap of our meeting:
- We started our meeting with an icebreaker question and then transitioned to reading Psalm 23, which reminded us that God loves and comforts us.
- We opened with prayer and announcements, and then played some tournament style rock, paper, scissors (video in the comments).
- After all of this, Jory shared a section of scripture that the Holy Spirit had laid on his heart. We got into small groups and read Matthew 14:22-33, and then talked about the passage with some discussion questions. Then we came back together as a huddle and shared things that we learned and stood out to us.
- To close out our meeting, we gathered together and prayed as a huddle over several prayer requests and needs.

We had a great time last week at our meeting with a packed house. It was truly amazing to see so many students and athletes come together to learn more about Jesus. We spent time getting to know each other better while worshipping our Lord and Savior together!

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to fellowship with us tonight!

We started our meeting out with prayer and a game of rock-paper-scissors entourage. Then, we dove into our bible study on 1 Corinthians 10! In our two large groups, we talked about how, as Christians, we are called to honor God in all that we do in our lives. We also talked about temptation and how God has equipped us to overcome and resist those temptations with his help. Lastly, we were reminded that we must be on constant guard against the temptations of this world and consistently discipline ourselves.

REMINDER: FCA will NOT meet next week due to spring break. We hope you all have a great rest of this week and a great spring break. We love each of you and can’t wait to see you at our next meeting!🤍

Hey everyone, we hope you are having a great day and week so far!!

The bible verse for today is Matthew 10:16, which says “I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves.” As believers and followers of Christ, we are called to have the wisdom and innocence of God. We challenge you, along with ourselves, to ask God daily for his wisdom, love, generosity, and innocence!
