🍞📖Verse of the Day🍞📖

“And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole human race].”
— Mark 16:15 (AMPC)

Good Morning, Family! ☀️

Today we arrive at the conclusion of our journey through the Gospel of Mark, and Jesus leaves His disciples with one final assignment:

GO.

Not stay.
Not hide.
Not remain comfortable.

GO.

The Gospel was never meant to be contained within four walls. It was designed to reach neighborhoods, cities, regions, and nations. Jesus commissioned His followers to carry the message of salvation to every person they could reach.

What’s powerful about this passage is that Jesus didn’t just give them a mission—He promised His power.

The disciples went out preaching, teaching, and sharing the Good News, and the Bible says:

“The Lord kept working with them and confirming the message.”

What a promise!

When God sends you, He goes with you.
When God commissions you, He empowers you.
When God gives you an assignment, He provides what you need to fulfill it.

You may not be called to preach behind a pulpit, but every believer is called to be a witness.

Someone needs your testimony.
Someone needs your encouragement.
Someone needs to hear about the Jesus who changed your life.

Today, don’t keep the Good News to yourself.

🙏🏾 Prayer:
Father, thank You for saving me and calling me into Your Kingdom. Help me to boldly share the Gospel and represent You well wherever I go. Fill me with Your Spirit, empower me to be a witness, and use my life to point others to Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

✅ Remember: The Great Commission was not given to a few believers—it was given to every believer. You have been saved, empowered, and sent.

🔥 Go.
🔥 Preach.
🔥 Love.
🔥 Serve.
🔥 Make disciples.

🍞📖Verse of the Day🍞📖

“But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.”
— Mark 15:5 (KJV)

Good Morning, Family! ☀️

As we continue our Summer With The Savior journey through the Gospel of Mark, we find Jesus standing before Pilate, falsely accused, misunderstood, and facing unimaginable injustice.

What amazes me about this passage is not what Jesus said—it is what He didn’t say.

Jesus had the power to defend Himself.
He had the wisdom to silence His accusers.
He had the authority to call angels to His rescue.

Yet He remained silent.

Why?

Because Jesus understood something that we often forget: not every accusation deserves an answer.

Sometimes we waste valuable energy trying to explain ourselves to people who have already made up their minds. We spend hours defending our character, proving our intentions, and arguing our case.

Jesus teaches us that there are moments when trusting God is more powerful than defending yourself.

His silence was not weakness.
His silence was strength under control.

Jesus knew who He was.
Jesus knew why He came.
Jesus knew that God’s purpose was greater than the opinions of men.

Today, someone needs to hear this: Stop fighting battles that God never assigned you to fight. Let God be your defender. Let your character speak. Let your obedience speak. Let your faithfulness speak.

When God is for you, you do not have to win every argument.

🙏🏾 Prayer:
Father, help me to trust You when I am misunderstood, falsely accused, or unfairly treated. Give me wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent. Teach me to rest in Your justice and walk confidently in the purpose You have for my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

✅ Remember: Sometimes the most powerful response is no response at all. God can defend what He has called, anointed, and appointed.

🍞📖Verse of the Day🍞📖

“And He came back and found them sleeping, and He said to Peter, Simon, are you asleep? Have you not the strength to keep awake and watch [with Me for] one hour? Keep awake and watch and pray [constantly], that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
— Mark 14:37-38 (AMPC)

Good Morning, Family! ☀️

As we continue our Summer With The Savior journey through the Gospel of Mark, we find Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane facing one of the most difficult moments of His earthly ministry.

What amazes me is that before Jesus faced the cross, He first went to prayer.

In His moment of pressure, He prayed.
In His moment of anguish, He prayed.
In His moment of surrender, He prayed.

Then He turned to His disciples and gave them a powerful warning:

“Watch and pray.”

Jesus knew that temptation was coming. He knew that spiritual battles were ahead. He understood that if they were not prayerful, they would become vulnerable.

The same is true for us today.

Many believers want victory without vigilance.
Strength without prayer.
Power without discipline.

But Jesus teaches us that prayer is not optional—it is essential.

Notice His words: “The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Most people don’t fall because they intended to. They fall because they stopped watching and praying.

Prayer strengthens what temptation tries to weaken.
Prayer sharpens what distraction tries to dull.
Prayer prepares us for battles we don’t yet see coming.

🙏🏾 Prayer:
Father, help me to stay spiritually awake in this season. Teach me to watch and pray continually. Strengthen me where I am weak, guard me from temptation, and help me to walk in obedience to Your will. Let my prayer life grow deeper and stronger every day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

✅ Remember: The battle is often won in prayer before it is ever won in public. Stay awake. Stay prayerful. Stay faithful.

🍞📖Verse of the Day🍞📖

“Be on your guard [constantly alert], and watch and pray; for you do not know when the time will come.”
— Mark 13:33 (AMPC)

Good Morning, Family! ☀️

As we continue our Summer With The Savior journey through the Gospel of Mark, Jesus gives His disciples a sobering yet encouraging instruction:

“Watch and pray.”

Using the illustration of the fig tree, Jesus taught that just as the changing leaves signal the arrival of summer, the signs of the times point to the nearness of His return.

This passage is not meant to create fear—it is meant to create readiness.

Jesus was not trying to scare His followers; He was preparing them.

In a world filled with distractions, uncertainty, and spiritual complacency, Jesus calls His people to stay alert. Don’t become so consumed with earthly matters that you lose sight of eternal realities.

Watch your heart.
Watch your walk.
Watch your priorities.
And pray without ceasing.

The reality is that we do not know the day or the hour, but we do know the One who is coming.

That’s why every day should be lived with expectation, faithfulness, and urgency.

Don’t wait until tomorrow to pray.
Don’t wait until tomorrow to obey.
Don’t wait until tomorrow to draw closer to God.

Today is the day to be ready.

🙏🏾 Prayer:
Father, help me to remain spiritually alert in this season. Keep my heart sensitive to Your voice and my eyes fixed on Jesus. Teach me to live each day with purpose, expectation, and readiness for Your return. Let my life bring You glory until the day I see You face to face. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

✅ Remember: Jesus is not calling us to predict His return—He is calling us to prepare for it. Stay watchful. Stay prayerful. Stay ready.

🍞📖Verse of the Day🍞📖
“Jesus said to them, Pay to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and to God the things that are God’s.”— Mark 12:17 (AMPC)
Good Morning, Family! ☀️
As we continue our Summer With The Savior journey through the Gospel of Mark, we find Jesus confronted with a question designed to trap Him. The Pharisees and Herodians were not seeking truth—they were seeking an opportunity to accuse Him.
Yet Jesus responded with wisdom that left them astonished.
When He held up the coin, He asked, “Whose image is on it?” The answer was Caesar’s. Therefore, what bore Caesar’s image belonged to Caesar.
But there is a deeper lesson in this passage.
While the coin bore Caesar’s image, you bear God’s image.
The real question is not what belongs to Caesar. The real question is: What belongs to God?
Your worship belongs to God.Your heart belongs to God.Your obedience belongs to God.Your life belongs to God.
It is possible to give God our attendance without giving Him our heart. It is possible to give Him our words without giving Him our devotion. But God is not looking for partial ownership—He desires complete surrender.
Today, take a moment and ask yourself: Am I giving God what already belongs to Him?
🙏🏾 Prayer:Father, thank You for creating me in Your image. Help me to live in a way that reflects Your character and brings You glory. I surrender my heart, my plans, my priorities, and my life to You. Let everything I do honor You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
✅ Remember: The coin belonged to Caesar because it carried his image. You belong to God because you carry His image. Live accordingly.

❤️THANK YOU, GLORY TABERNACLE!❤️

What an incredible night under the tent!

Shepherdess Sarah J. Boyd and I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Bishop David A. Hadley Sr., Pastor Darlene Hadley, and the entire Glory Tabernacle family for the invitation to be a part of this year’s Annual Old Fashioned Tent Revival.

God met us under the tent in a powerful way. His presence was tangible, His glory was revealed, and lives were forever changed. We are still reflecting on and rejoicing in all that the Lord did.

One word continues to echo in our spirits:

🔥 IT’S OUR SEASON TO LIVE! 🔥

“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” — Psalm 118:17

If there is one thing we are taking away from this revival, it is this:

🗣️You’re going to make it.
🗣️You’re going to get through this.
🗣️It’s your season to live.

Thank you, Glory Tabernacle, for your faithfulness, hospitality, and commitment to creating an atmosphere where God can move freely. We are honored to have shared in this Kingdom moment with you.
