RPM Outreach Ministries RPM Outreach is a county-wide area ministry to children and teesns in Escambia County Alabama We minister throughout the year at area churches and events.

Our ministry works togethe with volunteers, area churches, and businesses to offer off-campus Christian character and Bible-based lessons to area school children. The program is called Released Time Chaaracter Education and Bible classes.
