Rejoicing in the Lord for the life and ministry of my husband, Dr. Tom Farrell. God called him home one year ago today. His focus was the gospel! Heavenly father, thank you for your gift of the Gospel. May the gift of salvation through Christ’s death on the cross remain central to all I do and say in my life. 
Stay near the cross of our Lord, watching, waiting, hoping, and trusting in its redemptive power.
May the cross of Jesus Christ be our glory forever!

I wanted to thank the many of you who have reached out with words of encouragement following the home going of my husband.
God is granting us much grace and peace as we rest in His good plan that Dr. Farrell had run his race, finished his earthly course, and kept the faith.
My desire is to continue the work that God has given us to do in sharing the gospel.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Reedy Creek Baptist Church, (600 Reedy Creek Baptist Church Rd) Lexington, NC, conducted by Pastors Ben Farrell and Scott Wendal. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm prior to the service. A private burial will be held at The Wilds in Brevard, NC.

Thomas Clay Farrell, age 69, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021, with family by his side. A memorial service will be held at 100 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Reedy Creek Baptist Church, Lexington, NC, conducted by Pastors Ben Farrell and Scott Wendal. The family will receive friends

Around 7pm on Monday, July 26th Dr. Tom Farrell stepped in the presence of his Lord. With Paul he could say, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith” (2 Tim. 4:7).
