What God gives you was never meant to end with you.

In 1973, God placed a creative idea in Byron Spradlin’s heart—an idea that would eventually become ACT International. More than 50 years later, that vision is still growing, serving, and being carried forward by a new generation.

That raises an important question for every creative:

What has God placed in your heart—and will it outlive you?

Starting something takes faith. Building it takes perseverance. But sometimes the greatest act of stewardship is being willing to eventually place what you’ve built into someone else’s hands.

Passing the torch isn’t always easy. But your calling can become a legacy when you’re willing to let the next generation carry it farther than you ever could.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore a creative calling or you’ve been building for years, ACT International exists to come alongside artists and creatives as they use their gifts for God’s purposes.

🎨 Creative tools have to be cared for.

As an artist, one of your greatest creative tools is your ability to feel deeply. That sensitivity helps you see what others miss and create things that connect with people in powerful ways.

But the same sensitivity that fuels your creativity can also leave you vulnerable to burnout if you don’t care for it.

Rest matters. Boundaries matter. Community matters. Time with God matters.

Don’t neglect the instrument God has given you.

Care for your heart. Care for your soul. Keep creating. And keep using your creativity on mission.

🎨 Your creativity can be your mission.

God didn’t accidentally make you creative. The way you see, imagine, design, write, sing, build, perform, or create can be part of how He wants to use you in the world.

Missions doesn’t always begin with getting on a plane. Sometimes it begins with recognizing that the gift God put inside you can be used for His Kingdom.

Create with purpose.
Create with excellence.
Create on mission.
