There is no better way to spend a Sunday than worshipping Jesus together! Join us at 8:30 or 10:30 as we kick off a new series and spend time in community. This Sunday is Promotion Sunday, which means all kids and students move up to their new age groups at GHCC! This can be an exciting day for our kids as they get to feel older and perhaps experience something new on Sunday mornings. Our Kids Ministry staff and volunteers love sharing the gospel with our children and discipling them to treasure Jesus Christ above all else.

Please note that construction has begun on our Education Building, so kids will have new check-in and classroom locations! Please visit our website for more information (URL is in the photo).

We'll also be honoring our 2026 High School graduates at the 10:30 service. See you there!

Summer Nights are back next week (June 11)! High School students are invited to join us throughout the summer on Thursday nights at 7pm to hear the Word of God read and preached, as well as enjoy fun games and activities. We look forward to these Summer Thursdays every year because we get to laugh, hang out, and grow together. Next Wednesday, June 10, our Middle Schoolers kick off Summer Nights! Grades 6-8, join us for a fun and relaxing time. Our nights will consist of hanging out with friends, enjoying a featured treat, and spending time hearing God’s Word being read. Each Summer Night will be hosted in a different location, so look out for our Student Ministries email to know where each Summer Night will be located at. Hope to see you there!

Our next food giveaway is coming up soon! SENT Ministry, in partnership with Team Jesus Outreach Ministries, will distribute free boxes of food to anyone in our church or neighboring community in need on Saturday, June 13, from 12:30-2:30pm, while supplies last. Our address is in our bio. If you or someone you know could use a helping hand with a box of groceries, everyone is welcome! We want to provide support and share the love of God.

The Biblical Exposition of Prayer class is an opportunity for High School students to learn the biblical teachings of prayer, the different components or types of prayers (praise, adoration, confession, intercession, imprecatory, personal prayer, group/corporate prayers), along with disciplines associated with prayer throughout Scripture, including Bible reading, meditation, fasting, self-examination of the heart, etc. Most of the class will be devoted to examining the Psalms, but we will also consider examples of prayer in the life of Jesus and other key figures in Scripture. A good portion of each class will involve praying. Anyone in grades 9-12 is invited to join us on Sundays at 8:30am starting June 7!

All students move up to the next grade at Golden Hills on Sunday, June 7. New 6th Graders will graduate from Kids Ministry and join the main Sanctuary for Sunday service! And to help with your move-up, we are inviting all 6th graders to a class just for you! This class will help you navigate the service, engage with the sermon, and build fellowship within the church.
