🌱 Day 2 at Camp Spark was all about GROWING.

On Day 2 our campers learned that when we plant our lives in the good soil of God’s Word, our faith can grow into a healthy and lasting relationship with Him. Through worship, games, crafts, hands-on experiments, and Bible teaching, we explored what it means to nurture the seeds God has planted in our hearts.

We loved watching our campers learn, laugh, ask questions, and take another step in their faith.

Today we celebrate one of the greatest gifts to our Hillcrest family!

Happy 83rd birthday to a man who has modeled faithfulness, joy, humility, and commitment so beautifully. He shows up, serves, encourages, worships, and reminds us what steady devotion looks like.

We are better because he is part of our church family, and we are grateful for the example he continues to set.

Happy birthday ! We love you and honor you today. Help us wish Mel a happy birthday!

We often see the roles men carry. Father. Husband. Son. Brother. Mentor. Friend.

What we don’t always see are the prayers they’re carrying.
Last week, the Mighty Men anonymously answered one question.
“What’s one area where you want God’s help as the man you’re becoming?”
These nine notes offer a glimpse into that.
Not because these struggles are unique, but because they’re human.

As a church, we want to be a place where men know it’s okay to ask for prayer, pursue growth, and follow Jesus together.

Father’s Day has passed, but our encouragement doesn’t end with a holiday. We’re continuing to pray for the men in our church and for the men in our communities.

Volunteers Needed This Friday!

Help Scarlet Road connect with Downtown Bremerton businesses ahead of the World Cup Fan Zone. Volunteers will work in small teams to visit local businesses, provide information packets, and invite them to partner with this important community effort.

⌛ Expected time commitment: 2 hours or less

Stop by our Written With Love table before or after service to write:
• a letter to your mom
• a note from a mom to her child
• or words of remembrance for someone dearly missed

We’ll have paper, envelopes, and stamps ready for you.
Sometimes the simplest words mean the most. ❤️
