Life 180 is a community of small groups based out of Word of Truth Christian Church. You are invited whether you are a member of our local fellowship or not, to be a part of an innovative and exciting group of believers, seeking to know God and our fellow brethren in a greater way. We are made up of various cultures, races, and religious backgrounds. The purpose of our fellowship is to TEACH THE

TRUTH, to HEAL THE HURTING, and to INVITE THE LOST. We meet in various homes, conference calls, face time, and any other way afforded to keep us all CONNECTED. Join us and get plugged into a LIFE 180 small group.

Approximately one in five adults in the United States, 43.8 million, or 18.5%, experiences a mental illness in a given year and approximately one in five youth aged 13–18 (21.4%) experiences a severe mental health disorder at some point during their lifetime. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we have assembled a panel of professional counselors and educators to engage in courageous dialogue concerning mental health, how we engage it as families, modern education methodologies, and reshaping our perspective as it relates to our faith. This is a subject that touches us all directly or indirectly in some way. We hope this effort will bring further awareness and understanding to our communities about mental health and begin breaking the stigma around this subject.
