4G Ministries The purpose of 4 G Ministries is to partner with churches and missionaries in discipline-making and church planting throughout the world.

The Beginning of 4G Ministries
You may be wondering, “How did 4G Ministries get started?” After 36 years in pastoral ministry, I made the decision in September 2017 that I would spend my last years of ministry doing nothing but mission work. In 2018, I resigned as Pastor of Center Grove Baptist Church and launched 4G Ministries, a 501 c3 ministry. The Foundation of 4G Ministries
People often have asks me, “what does the ‘4G’ stand for? I believe it is a biblical concept that comes from Paul’s words to Timothy.
2 Timothy 2:2 says, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” If you look at this verse closely, Paul is instructing Timothy to pass on to others what he had learned from him. We see four generations of biblical leadership training in this verse: [1] Paul; According to Paul’s own testimony, he spent three years in Arabia being taught through divine revelations by the Lord (Gal.1:11-18). The Apostles had received three years of teaching from the Lord Jesus, and Paul was given the same opportunity to be taught by Christ. [2] Timothy; Paul taught Timothy the work of the ministry. [3] Faithful men; Timothy is charged to teach faithful men. [4] Others. And these faithful men were told to teach others. For many years “teaching and training others” has been my passion. Now, it is both my passion and the ministry the Lord has called me too. The Heartbeat of 4 G Ministries
There are three features that describe the heartbeat of 4G Ministries. Our Mission Statement: (What we do) “The mission of 4G Ministries is to develop leaders who will train other leaders for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.”
Our Purpose Statement: (Why we exist) “Partnering with churches, missionaries, and Christian organizations in disciple-making, leadership training, and church-planting.”
Our Vision Statement: (Where we are going) “To always provide Christ-centered teaching, discipleship training, and church planting opportunities for those who feel God’s call to enter the ministry.”

When I retired from pastoral ministry in 2018, I started 4G Ministries and I went back to the Philippines to preach a graduation service at Lake City Christian School and the graduation service at GSEF College. The Lord placed a heavy burden on my heart to partner with the Penol family and GSEF College. Now my passion is to preach, teach, evangelize, train, disciple, and support pastors who are planting churches. The men and ladies in this video were some of my first students. Tears of joy are running down my face as I post this. There is much more work to do. I'm thankful for our supporters who have made and continue to make this ministry possible. My prayer is that we will pick up more supporters so we can plant more churches for the glory of God. I hope all of you students will enjoy the sweet memories this video brings to your mind.

I am remembering ordaining my dear friend Bendicto Chun, missionary, pastor, teacher, friend, and event organizer from Belize. Bro. Ben is the reason we were able to do VBS, revivals, medical clinics, and many other things in Belize. Although he is in heaven, preaching his funeral was a sad and difficult day for me, the family, the churches in Belize, and all of his pastor friends.

After my recent surgery, I’m reflecting on the words of Caleb too Moses. I’m praying, Lord give me good health and long life to finish the mission task you have given me.
“10 And now, behold, the Lord hath kept me alive, as he said, these forty and five years, even since the Lord spake this word unto Moses, while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness: and now, lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old. 11 As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in. 12 Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the Lord spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the Lord will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the Lord said. 13 And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance. 14 Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite unto this day, because that he wholly followed the Lord God of Israel” (Joshua 14:10 14).
