LAMP began its campaign again to teach students how important it is to be at work every day and on time and not to cause trouble. Students with no absences, no unexcused tardies and no disciplinary referral for the month of August were put into a drawing at the end of August and winning students won a cash prize. The following students won the drawings:

Yearend Winners of LAMP Awards at Haralson County Middle School and High School

At the end of the year, a student will have their name in the drawing for each month they did not have a tardy, unexcused absence or a disciplinary referral. Grand prize winners received between $100 and $500, depending on their grade level. LAMP’s mission is to encourage students to develop these good habits at an early age. LAMP believes that all these students will be winners, if not now, then when they enter the workforce.
