Just over a year after a devastating fire left some community members fearing the worst, St. Edmund Church of Blessed Trinity Parish in Breezy Point has been restored and rededicated in the Diocese of Brooklyn.

Bishop Robert Brennan blessed the church walls, anointed the altar with sacred chrism, and celebrated the return of parishioners.
