On Sunday, the last day of the conference, we celebrated Divine Liturgy presided by His Eminence Metropolitan Constantine and assisted by Metropolis clergy. We then had breakfast and packed the buses to head back to Denver. Once our buses made it safely back to Assumption Cathedral, conference members said their goodbyes and went to the airport.

The Saturday of our 2026 Snow Conference weekend, we started the day off with Orthros and breakfast, followed by a Q&A with His Eminence Metropolitan Constantine. Afterward, conference members had free time to explore Breckenridge and have lunch on their own. Back at the hotel, a few hours later, we had more small group discussions and Vespers. Skiers headed out for a day on the slopes right after breakfast and were back in time for our Masquarade dinner and Glendi!

We started the first full day of the Metropolis of Denver 2026 YAL Snow Conference with Breakfast and Orthors followed by some icebreakers led by our committee members! We then moved on to our Diakonia project, which entailed writing letters for OCPM, the Assembly of Bishop’s prison ministry and created Valentines bags for a Denver children’s hospital. Our keynote speaker this year was Father Michael Sergakis of Sts. Constantine and Helen parish in Cheyenne, WY, who discussed finding peace in our everyday environments. We then moved to breakout rooms with all our clergy who attended the weekend. Our afternoon activity was ice skating in Breck! Conference members had free time, and then all gathered together for Vespers before heading back to town for our karaoke evening activity!

Thank you so much again to all who attended our Metropolis of Denver 2026 YAL Snow Conference! On Thursday night, our team eagerly awaited the arrival of conference members at the Assumption Cathedral in Denver, CO. We had dinner at the community center donated graciously by a church family and then headed to Breckenridge, CO where the conference was held all weekend!

THANK YOU so much for an amazing Snow Conference weekend!!! We are so grateful for all of you! Without your support none of this could have been possible!! We will see you next year for another great weekend of faith and fellowship.
