Great third day at the A. S. Johnson Congress of Christian Workers and Parent Body session. Thank you to all staff that were at their post, teachers for our Congress session and to all the delegates in attendance who came out this week. Our moderator delivered his fourth annual addess yesteday entitled “Pick Up the Bricks” based on Nehemiah 2:17.. He encouraged us to pick up our bricks and rebuild. The ABSDA is now the National Baptist Southern General Association of Texas. Special thanks to the Second Corinth Baptist Church for hosting us this week. To our Congress President and Dean, thank you for your tireless effort in making this a great Congress session. Thanks to our new 1st Vice Moderator Dr. Kerry Tillmon for his presence and wisdom on this week. To our registration team, thank you. To the culinary team, thank you. To the matrons that brought their youth, thank you. To our district musician thank you for coming down. To the musician from Second Corinth, thank you for your service. To Pastor Jeremiah Narcisse, thank you for preaching and support. Looking forward to the work. South, thank you for a great 102nd Annual Session. Let’s get a little rest, then it’s onward and upward for the kingdom
