Part 2

God is the one with the authority over access, timing, and direction. That does not look like me kicking down doors, though I want to.

What is does look like for me is praying, waiting, and listening. It also means that He has the plan and he has given me a treasure of helping carry the gospel and I am called to be a good steward of all opportunist He provides.

Isaiah 22:22
“I will place on His shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.”

Part 1

I recently had the incredible opportunity to meet one of my favorite speakers, Lisa Harper.

I asked her one question that’s been on my heart:

“How do I step into women’s ministry speaking, stay humble, and still navigate the tension of self-promotion through social media?”

She shared so much wisdom, but one thing continues to echo in my spirit….”You cannot do it all.”

She reminded me that the Lord will bring the right women alongside you-people you didn’t even have to ask-and open doors to opportunities you didn’t even see.

Boy, am I already seeing it!! God has already put things into place.

Still reflecting on such a beautiful time with the women’s ministry at Grace Community Assembly—what a gift it is to gather with incredible sisters in Christ. There’s something so powerful about being surrounded by women who love the Lord and encourage one another so deeply.

I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to be used by God in any way He chooses. May I never lose my awe of His goodness, His faithfulness, and His love. 💗

My walk with the Lord has been down right ugly at times. Many people said that I ruined my life. Here is what I know; Jesus never took his eye off of me and he called me daughter! 🙌

I can understand the hard fought Hallelujah! If you are seeking the Lord for the first time or are struggling in your walk, I would love to encourage you and help you. Please reach out, you are not alone.

Remember the Holy Spirit does the transforming from the inside out. 🕊️

Sometimes God asks us to step out, speak up or surrender in ways that do not make sense to our human minds, but on the other side of that obedience is where his power shows up. 🌟

What feels ridiculous in faith today may be the very thing God uses to bring a miracle tomorrow. Obedience sometimes feels small even a little ridiculous. But then God shows me how miraculous it truly is. Every time the phone rings or I receive a text, inviting me to speak to a group of women and share the word of God I consider it a miracle. That in all my imperfections God still chooses to use me. 🙌🏻

These pictures are a reminder that whether I am called to a back room in a restaurant or to a large crowd of women in a church, I’m saying yes in obedience and faith to preach the Word of God.

It doesn’t matter the size of the room
-what matters is the size of his calling. And every “yes” is a miracle in itself.✨
