The beautiful garden in front of our church has a fountain that has long sat in disrepair. Our junior warden, Tom Bauer, put a lot of work into fixing it, and now it runs beautifully. It's a lovely place to pray quietly to God in a place where the gift of human skill meets the blessing of natural beauty. Credit to Vestry Member Debbie Lantz for the photo.

Bishop Walter Banek from Good Shepherd Anglican Church in Tyler, Texas was our Episcopal Visitor this year, and we had a lovely worship service with four confirmands receiving confirmation. This was our first Episcopal Visit since Bishop Ray Sutton received us almost one year ago on November 1 2025 and we are so glad to get such godly shepherding from these dear bishops. Praise God from whom all blessings flow! Credit to Jon Gano, Senior Warden Emeritus, for the pictures.

The Collect for the Fourteenth Sunday After Trinity

ALMIGHTY and everlasting God, give unto us the increase of faith, hope, and charity; and, that we may obtain that which thou dost promise, make us to love that which thou dost command; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Episcopal Recorder, the publishing wing of the Reformed Episcopal Church, has some great books on offer. I particularly love Tarsitano's Outline of an Anglican Life for new Anglicans or individuals wanting a clearer picture of Anglicanism; I also love Edward Harold Browne's commentary on the 39 Articles, which of the many commentaries I've read remains my favorite. Lots of other goodies on here too. If you're curious to read more about the Anglican faith, I highly recommend looking through our library.
Blessings,
Fr. Anthony
