Rest and Peace in Jesus - Pastor Belinda🌺 - June 19th, 2026
Life can become heavy with responsibilities, disappointments, worries, and struggles. Many people carry burdens that others cannot see like anxiety, grief, fear, and exhaustion. Yet in the midst of life’s pressures, Jesus extends a loving invitation:
“Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Notice that Jesus does not simply offer advice or a method for finding peace. He offers Himself. True rest is not found in escaping our circumstances but in drawing near to the Savior who carries us through them.
The word “rest” in this passage speaks of refreshment, relief, and restoration. Jesus invites us to lay down the weight we were never meant to bear alone. When we surrender our worries, fears, and striving to Him, He exchanges them for His peace. His yoke is easy because He walks beside us, sharing the load and guiding our steps. He never leaves us alone to figure it out. He guides us and his angels minister to us (the heirs of salvation) bringing hope and help.
No matter how weary your heart may feel today, Jesus is calling you closer. Bring Him your concerns, your unanswered questions, and your burdens. Sit quietly in His presence. Trust Him with what you cannot control. As you do, His peace will guard your heart and mind, and you will discover the rest that only He can give.
Let's pray.
Lord Jesus, I bring my burdens to You. Replace my anxiety with Your peace and my weariness with Your strength. Teach me to rest in Your presence and trust in Your faithful care. Thank You for carrying what I cannot carry alone. Amen.

The Tower of David – Pastor Rusty – June 18th, 2026
“Your neck is like the tower of David,
built in rows of stone;
on it hang a thousand shields.” SOS 4:4
This poetic prophetic passage has been speaking to me of late. It reminds me of the prayer community here in the Ozarks being built into a fortified tower. A tower of defense for this region. A place where watchmen stand. An Old Testament depiction of what Christ sees when He looks at his bride, Tall and strong. The KJV renders this that the tower is “built for an armory.” Almost every other English translation render’s this to mean “built in rows of stone.” You are being built in rows of stone and then covered with a thousand shields… all of them shields of warriors.
No doubt this tower existed in the time of Solomon. I’m sure it was a sight to behold with a thousand shields lining its walls. It is unclear whether these shields were trophies of fallen warriors who fought against Israel and are now on display for all of Israel to see. (Like symbols of victories of battles fought) or were these the shields of the warriors who fought with David… shields of mighty men of valor. Either way God is building a tower with “rows of stone”. Men and women bound together by the Spirit in intercession. A unified wall that is being covered in shields showcasing each victory, each healing, each battle fought and each battle won. Showcasing the valor of those who actually bare the shields. Men and women of war, intentional, and able to wield the sword. ⚔️ Yes, I liken the neck of the bride unto a tower where each stone has been put into place giving strength to each stone around it. Not one stone, but many stones banned together in rows of stone. This is NOT a one man, operation but a corporate affair. Many stones being fitly joined together. This is not one man having all the pieces… but many men and women bringing together all the pieces… you all have a part. You are not alone standing in a pea patch anymore. You are part of a unified body… a tower of strength where each stone has been put into place, in rows. 🧐 You are encompassed about with other warriors. In the words of John McLain… “Welcome to the party pal!” Pastor Rusty

▪️Proverbs 3:5-8: “Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on Him to guide you, and He will lead you in every decision you make.
- “Become intimate with Him in whatever you do and He will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all, for wisdom comes when you adore Him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong." (TPT)

▪️Psalms 32:8-10. ➖”I will stay close to you, instructing you and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide.
- “So don’t make it difficult, don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me." (TPT)

▪️My people, I am calling you into the deeper places of surrender 🙌 and sensitivity. I am calling you into the deeper depths of leaning into My instruction and leading. Do not be swayed by the unexpected places and ways I am leading you, but embrace wholeheartedly where I am leading you, knowing that in Me you live and move and have your being (Acts 17:28).

▪️I say unto you, that many of you are moving into the BEGINNINGS of walking in what you have been BIRTHING 🤰for a very long time. ⏰ The time has come. The kairos time ⏰ has arrived for you and it is imperative, in this hour, that you are being led by MY EYES 👀 and My insight to not stifle that which I am doing and where I am moving.

▪️It’s time ⏰ to embrace the unfamiliar. It’s time ⏰ to shake off the clothes of the old season. And many of you will see a mighty transformation take place as you step 🦶into the new anointing upon these new mantles – as you step further into who you are and what I have called you to.

▪️The boldness, grace and insight you will walk 🚶🏻‍♀️ in, as you continue to live sensitive to My leading and in deep ❤️intimacy, will ASTOUND you as you see the power ⚡️of My Spirit move through you in the most unexpected ways and places.

▪️The temptation to fear 😳will come when I place you in new places, My people, to open your mouths 😲 to speak. But I say unto you, as you step into these new and unexpected places I am calling you into – in deep surrender and dependence – upon you are some of the greatest demonstrations of My power ⚡️ to fill your mouth with My words and wisdom, that you have not experienced before.

▪️I will crown 👑 you with My wisdom as you follow My leading and walk in sensitivity and adoration of Me.

▪️Your mouth 👄is being BRANDED by My fire 🔥and My oil to be a vessel of releasing My heavenly wisdom that will leave you in awe and wonder of My insight and knowledge. As you walk 🚶🏻‍♀️ in deeper sensitivity to My Spirit and My leading, watch the increase of My answers and strategies that will be released through you in this hour.

▪️Do not stop asking for wisdom 😔(James 1:5) and praying 🙏 for insight (Proverbs 2).

▪️Arise, ✔️ My people, in understanding in this hour. Arise, ✔️
in this hour, in wisdom and insight as you live at My feet in deep humility and the fear of the Lord!

▪️I HEARD THE LORD SAY ‘CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES’

▪️Recently, I heard the Lord say, "Change your clothes." When He spoke there was a very strong tone in the Lord’s voice that communicated the sense of urgency, ascension and a "shaking off".

▪️When I leaned in and listened, I heard the Lord say:
➖ “My people, there are many of you who are still wearing the 'clothes' of yesterday. You are continuing to wear the clothes of the past season, and I am calling you to shake off these clothes. It’s time to shake off these clothes and to move into the new assignments that I have for you.

▪️ “For I say unto you, that this is the hour where I am calling you to live from your seat, in a way that you have not experienced before. For I say unto you, that there is a violent shaking off of all things that have tried to hinder you and there is a violent shaking off of things that have hindered you.

▪️ “I say unto you, 'BE UNTANGLED and BE UNTETHERED' from all that has hindered you. It’s time to wear and receive the new clothes that I have for you in this new season, and they are the new mantles that I have for you to wear and walk in, in this hour.

▪️ “For I say unto you, allow My fire 🔥 to come upon the old clothes that you have been wearing. For I am going deeper in exposing limiting mindsets, lies that have kept you bound, old ways of operating and carnal and man made ways of moving with Me and thinking.

▪️ “I say unto you, 'PROPHESY'!
- “Listen to My voice, My people, raise your voice in this hour and PROPHESY your way out of the old clothes. PROPHESY your way out of the old grave clothes and step into the ✨NEW GRACE CLOTHES ✨that I have for you in this new season.

▪️”For I say unto you, that there are new levels of grace that are coming upon you in this season for the new mantles that I am placing upon you. For I say unto you, many of you have settled under the old clothes and remained in the old clothes of the old season.

▪️ “There has also been a manufacturing – a moving in your own strength and past season strategies and ways – that is taking place as you continue to wear the old clothes and continue to move in ways in which I am not moving any longer. SHAKE IT OFF‼️

▪️ “I say unto you, that I am baptising you in a fresh boldness in this hour and causing you to arise in your governmental authority in Me, in levels and ways that you have never seen before, but you must be resolved to lay aside the clothes of the last season and receive the new clothes and new mantles of the new season.
- “As you resolve to change your clothes in this hour, watch My fire 🔥 come and DELIVER YOU from the fear of man SUDDENLY and lead you into BOLDNESS‼️

▪️”For I say unto you, that there is a NEW WAY of thinking for many of you. I am bringing you deeper into a level of revelation and ascending into the mind of Christ to receive and perceive the strategies and the assignments that I have for you in this hour, and it is going to require a 🔺REFRAMING, a 🔺REWORKING and a 🔺REWIRING. 🔺

▪️ “Do not be afraid of the unfamiliar, for as you embrace the unfamiliar and allow My Spirit to reframe, rework and rewire the way that you have been operating and moving with Me, allow Me to UPGRADE your insight and thinking to being led by Me and My Spirit in moving and walking in these new mantles and assignments.

▪️”You will move into the UNFAMILIAR spaces and begin to co-labor with Me in new ways, to see My Spirit move through you in unexpected ways and ways you have not ever thought you would move in, with Me.
- “I say unto you, that for many of you the very nature of your ministries are about to change as I lead you in new ways. Again I say, BE NOT AFRAID of the NEW!

▪️ “But I say unto you, this was always part of the plan, “MY PLAN”‼️

▪️ “Unfamiliar to you, not unfamiliar to Me. For I say unto you, that you have been called for such a time as this, and I am bringing you into a greater fullness of your calling in this day and in this hour.
- “And for many of you – as you change your clothes and shake off the things that I am highlighting to you in this hour to let go of and embrace My Spirit in teaching you and leading you, upgrading your insight and thinking – you will find yourselves in the trajectory of moving into new terrains with Me.

▪️”I say unto you, that for many of you I am leading you into a completely new era of the realms that I will have you move and operate in: and as you continue to live in deep intimacy and humility before Me, allowing Me to teach you and lead you, you will see My 🌟Glory 🌟manifest and come in ways you have never seen before.

▪️ “I say unto you, be sensitive to the leading of My Spirit in this shift of season and this shift of clothing.

▪️ “There is a violent shaking off of clothes of the old season: but in the receiving of the new clothes for this new season – this greater awakening to your authority in Me and receiving your new mantles for new assignments – do not assume you know the movement.
- “You must remain teachable, dependent and sensitive to My leading, for how I have lead you in times past will not be the way in which I will lead you in this new day: and if you rely upon how I have moved and led you in the past, you will hinder that which I am trying to teach you in this hour.

▪️ “I am calling you to a deep SENSITIVITY to my Spirit so that you will not STIFLE My Spirit.’"

“THE CHURCH WAS NEVER MEANT TO FUNCTION WITHOUT …”

“… the church all over Judea, Galilee, and Samaria experienced a season of peace. The congregations grew larger with the believers being empowered and encouraged by the Holy Spirit. They worshiped God in wonder and awe, and walked in the fear of the Lord.” (Acts‬ ‭9‬:‭31‬ ‭TPT‬‬)

▪️The church was never meant to function without the supernatural.
▪️From the very beginning, God designed His people to depend on His power—not their own.
▪️Jesus didn’t tell the disciples to “go” until He said, “Wait… until you are endued with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49)

▪️The early church didn’t grow through talent, strategies, or systems. It grew through the Holy Spirit’s fire—miracles, signs, wonders, deliverance, bold preaching, and transformed lives.

▪️When you remove the supernatural from the church, you remove the very breath that gives it life.

▪️The world doesn’t need another organization.
▪️It needs a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led, Spirit-empowered church that moves in the gifts God placed within it.

▪️God never intended His people to operate in their own strength:
• 1 Corinthians 2:4–5 — “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power… so your faith might rest in the power of God.”
• Acts 1:8 — “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…”
• Mark 16:17–18 — “These signs will follow those who believe…”
• 1 Corinthians 12:7 — “The manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.”

▪️A powerless church is not a biblical church.
▪️A Spirit-empowered church is a New Testament church.

▪️It’s time to return to the supernatural—
▪️Not for hype…
▪️But for HARVEST!

Or as Paul wrote in his letter to the believers in Ephesus:

“Awake, Awake,
Oh sleeper,�Arise from the dead,�And Christ will shine on you.”
“So then, be careful how you walk, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph.4:14-17)

This is an article from our dear friend, John Gaughan, former lead singer with “Herman’s Hermits” (A 60s Rock Band).
▪️In the early part of this Century, he visited here with us and considered a move to do a British Music Show in Branson. He was a fanatic follower of Jesus, pastoring in England, impacting lives with his testimony and life and humor!

He moved to his Heavenly home earlier this year, but I found this on his FB page. This is so true! Read and heed! We must acknowledge this Truth!
